I just had this desktop for about a couple of weeks now so far I did not encounter any problems in terms of performance. Great buy for a buck with a good specs. I agree to other reviewers that this is realy a quite machine except during start up which normally you can hear a sound and clicking but when your'e running it oh boy I tell you its so quiet unlike my old desktop. I would definitely recomment to anybody who want a machine that will run smoothly with less noise. Good job from Acer.

I just got this computer a week ago, i works very well. very fast, quiet, can do whatever i need. My old computer always became hot, I worried about someday it will exploded. This one not. the only thing i feel inconvenient is no speaker, and my monitor neither.

I picked up this computer setup to replace my old and slow laptop with 1gig of ram and old processor. It's definitely lived up to expectation and I can edit video and use PS while also downloading and watching videos. For the price, it's a great bang for the buck.

Our computer guru e-mailed us a copy of an ad for this computer and told us it was a great deal, from the Source. We are both retired teachers (13 years now) and technically challenged.
He arrived a week later and asked if we had it yet. We didn't, so we went to my computer and ordered it on line. Two days later it arrived.
It has lots of space, 1 T and is easy to use. It was to replace my older computer, but somehow it ended up being my wife's. I expect we will miss our computer guru coming to work on my wife's computer, but she loves her new Acer Aspire AM 3910-E2552 Desktop.

Picked up this unit on sale for the parents. It was a demo computer but I'm not as worried about a used CPU tower as I would be with say a digital camera or even a computer monitor. Excellent value, for the price it comes with features you would easily have to pay double and up for brand new or at other retailers (I browed FutureShop and Best Buy). Set up this machine and it worked like a charm right out of the box. Nice and quiet, beautiful design, and very fast for low key things like e-mail and office.
The only reason I didn't rate it full stars is because it is a pretty basic machine - don't expect it to blow you away with anything beyond the standard. But that is exactly what I wanted, others may be looking for more.

Replaced my old desktop which was noisy and slow. Got exactly what I wanted. It is quiet and fairly quick. Not a gaming computer but good for family use and most everyday surfing, e-mailing, etc. Excellent price and fact that it was a "demo" machine made no differnence as it was just like new. Box is a little large if that matters. I was also able to use my 10 year old HP LaserJet 6P with this computer once I bought a new cable at The Source for $35. Has Lots of USB ports as well.
