Big button phone is Caller ID# compatible and has three emergency or priority one-touch numbers for storing 911 and other emergency service numbers. The hands-free speakerphone has a large easy-to-see buttons for easy dialling, a large call display LCD# and a bright red LED ringing indicator. Hearing Aid compatible–the volume can be adjusted up to 40dB.

Too complicated and too many buttons

Big button phones are typically designed for sight-impaired individuals. The many extra buttons above and along the side of the main numbers create confusion and numerous errors. The Black buttons with white numbers are very hard to read and white buttons with black numbers would be much better. The volume control only works with battieres in the phone but then the speaker phone option is also activated and much too easily turned on with the bottom front placement of the on/off button. Overall a very poor phone for sight-imparied.

We bought this for my mother in law. Very easy to use. Sturdy and accurate buttons make it a breeze for people with site challenges.

I work at a retirement home and the seniors need the big button phone. The screen is pretty tough to read and for what it is the price is pretty high.

I had problems with this phone right from the start and had to return it. It might just have been a lemon, but the l.e.d. screen was only half lit up, and the sound quality was terrible.

Good amplification

Bought 2 phones for my parents in July and they came with adapters. Decided to buy one for myself but it seems the adapter is no longer in included. Still a good phone esp. if need amplification and don't want to shell out a lot of money.

Just got the Phone, found out you have to install 4 AA batteries or by a power adapter so the speaker or display to work
