Overall this is a half decent phone with most features that the average consumer wants. For us we do find the phone is a little oddly shaped. It's find to hold it to your head, but if you ever try to cradle it between your shoulder and ear (which is a multi tasking habit of ours) it doesn't work very well.

I love the phones

The phones were very easy to setup and easy to program all my family and friends names and numbers in. Love that they has different ring tones, some of them are kool. Also like that they have the speaker on them, that gives me the comfort of being able to still do what I have to do while talkng.
