Very Poor battery life

It's sad, the product works excellent, but the batteries run out much too quickly and are very expensive to keep replacing. I wish the company offered a product like this one that used AAA batteries.

I purchased this for my mother to aid while watching TV. At first it seemed that it was okay but within a half hour it started to loose its quality of sound. I visited her a few days later and it wasn't working at all. I knew that it wasn't a for long term usage when I bought it but did expect it to last longer than a few hours.

it is an inexpensive amplifier - I don't hear well and am unable to wear a hearing aid. Although not durable, for the price, it meets my needs.

To my pleasant surprise, this device worked remarkably well e.g. at lectures or meetings where surrounding noise was low. Easy to use and fine at the low power level.

Good alternative to conventional hearing aid

Gave this item to severly hearing impaired elderly parent who found that a tiny, conventional, in-ear hearing aid was too difficult to use properly. They found this was much easier and more convenient and gave good results. Battery life short but OK
